1. What is the standard return window?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

3. Which products qualify for return or refund?

Defective or damaged items

Items that do not match the advertised features

Unused products, returned in their original, unopened packaging with serial/UPC codes intact

All original packaging components (box, labels, tags) and proof of purchase must accompany the return

Products failing these conditions or shipped beyond the 14-day window cannot be accepted.

4. Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose either:

A full refund

An exchange for the same or a different item (subject to stock availability)

5. How is my refund issued?

Card payments: Credited back to the original account.

Cash on Delivery & other methods: Transferred via bank transfer to the details you provide.

6. Are returns allowed for international orders?

No. Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for returns or replacements.

7. What if I receive the wrong or a defective item?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Return the item in its original packaging with all documentation. After inspection, we’ll promptly process your refund or replacement at no extra cost.

8. Are there any fees for returns or replacements?

Customer-requested changes (e.g., flavor or variant swaps) may incur a processing fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Company errors (wrong item or damage in transit) incur no processing charges.

International returns remain ineligible.

9. How do I send my return back?

We’ll attempt to arrange a pickup via our courier partner. If pickup isn’t possible, you may ship the item yourself; we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 in postage once your return is received.

10. What are the timelines for refunds and replacement deliveries?

Refunds: Processed within 14 working days of approval.

Replacements: Delivered within 14 working days of approval.

11. Can I cancel an order?

Before fulfillment: Yes—you’ll receive a full refund within 14 working days of cancellation approval.

After fulfillment begins: Cancellations aren’t possible once processing has started.
