How does our delivery process work?

Once you place an order, our team carefully verifies each item for quality and condition. After passing a final inspection, your products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner. They’ll aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they can’t access your address or reach you at the scheduled time, they’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery window.

Are there any delivery fees?

Shipping fees may apply to certain items or regions and will be confirmed during order processing.

Domestic (India): Charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Why can’t I ship to my location?

Several factors may prevent delivery to your address:

Our courier partners may not serve that area yet.

Local regulations may restrict certain products.

We’re continuously expanding our network, so please check back if delivery isn’t available today.

 

What are the estimated delivery times?

Within India:

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Other urban & semi-urban areas: 2–7 business days.

Very remote locations: up to 7+ business days, depending on accessibility.

Ground vs. Air: Ground shipments typically take 5–7 business days post-dispatch; air shipments are faster.

(Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.)

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Before dispatch: Yes—please email our customer care team at community@ishotsbeverages.in immediately. For security, we’ll verify your identity with a few questions.

After dispatch: Unfortunately, once your order is on its way, we cannot reroute it. If delivery fails, the package will return to our warehouse and be treated as a return.

How do I track my order?

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier name. 

Why did I receive multiple shipments?

Large or varied orders may ship from different warehouses. You’ll only pay shipping (or COD) charges once—on the first package you receive. International orders are usually sent in a single shipment.

Are there any hidden charges (e.g., octroi or extra taxes)?

No. The prices you see at checkout are final and include all applicable taxes. Any shipping fees for international orders will be disclosed during order processing.
