Pick up a weight in each hand and walk. That’s it.
Start with small weights (2-5 kg per hand), walk for 60 seconds, rest for 45 seconds, and repeat. Increase the weights and duration over each week.
Target >> 25% of your body weight in 8 to 12 weeks. So if Weight = 65 Kgs, start with 3 kgs in each arm and go upto 8 kgs per arm.
